We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, etc. What you get is what you get. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. (This is harsh policy, i understand, but these are also handmade items and will vary from what photos depict. 


The Pop Up Store happens when we have items to sell. We will usually run the pop up for at least a week no longer than 10 days. We would like to sell all products out so we can move new and strange inventory in. 


What we have is what we have. Maybe more in the future of an item depending how we are feeling. 


At the moment only  in the US through USPS. All items are packed to the best of our ability and mailed within a day of ordering.
